Join an Impact Journey

A Fellowship Rooted in Service and Growth

Impact Fellows are selected to participate in Avandra Foundation’s structured, cohort-based global travel experience rooted in service, mentorship, and leadership development.

This is not a tourism opportunity; it’s an earned commitment.

Impact Fellows complete meaningful local service, prepare alongside a small cohort, and travel with experienced mentors to engage responsibly with global communities.

Each journey is designed to build perspective, responsibility, and long-term impact, both abroad and at home.

The Role of Impact Journey Participants

Small cohort of impact fellows traveling abroad for service-based program

Impact Journey participants are expected to:

  • Complete 120+ hours of documented community service prior to departure

  • Participate in required pre-departure cohort preparation sessions

  • Engage respectfully and responsibly during volunteer partnerships abroad

  • Travel as part of a small, guided cohort

  • Return home with a continued commitment to local engagement
